the room was a good size and had a nice view of the pool and sea. the staff were very helpful.
i was disappointed that the pools were not heated (even though it was supposed to be). it made swimming uncomfortable. i think the hotel needs to address this.

the suite was a good size. breakfasts were great (especially the fresh fruit) and sustained us for the day. we enjoyed our visit to the thalassotherapy suite. staff members were very helpful.
the gym had limited hours, a bit restrictive.

The room 235a was a good size. it had great pool views and sea views. the morning sun reached the balcony (which i enjoyed). breakfasts were great. They filled me up for the day. i used the thallasotherapy suite once. I found it relaxing.

a week of pure bliss

the staff offered a warm welcome, beginning with champagne at reception.. our check-in process was seamless, providing all necessary information for the week. our room was spacious and comfortable, with satellite tv, a free safe, and daily complimentary water, tea, and coffee. the balcony was very spacious, offering additional space to unwind and take in the views.
getting a sun lounger proved challenging each day. despite the hotel's policy against reserving loungers, many were claimed as early as 6 am. enforcement of this policy seemed inconsistent, resulting in limited seating even when many loungers remained unoccupied.

the location is perfect, positioned between the lovely marina rubicon and playa blanca. this allows easy access to shopping, restaurants, and bars all within a pleasant walking distance from the premises.
