Fantastic Stay!

The staff was super helpful. Klaus gave great directions and recommendations for local food and sights. I appreciated that he even arranged a taxi for my departure. Breakfasts were close to perfect. The location is near the shopping center and metro. I took a short walk to the city center!
I noticed the hotel doesn't mention the absence of parking in the facility description. Finding free street parking was a challenge, and some individuals asked for money for parking spaces.

The location worked out wonderfully, near the park and city center. the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful at all times, i really appreciated that. i found breakfast to be quite good. A satisfactory range of ingredients were available. i also enjoyed the high-pressure shower in the modern bathroom!!!
my room faced a busy avenue, so i did notice some traffic noise at times during the day. it was a very minor issue for me, though.

I appreciated the staff's professionalism, courtesy and efficiency, it was commendable! the room was always perfectly clean, i noticed. the open bar, offering complimentary coffee in the afternoon, was a good addition. I took advantage of this feature each day.
the air conditioning system was not effective enough, it struggled to adequately cool the room. despite adjusting the control, the temperature remained uncomfortably warm. it made sleeping difficult, especially considering the high temperatures.

my room featured a comfortable bed, ample space, and effective soundproofing, it ensured restful nights. real glass glasses in the bathroom and quality toiletries were nice. the room was meticulously cleaned on a daily basis.

the staff were friendly they provided information on places to visit the location was good with shops nearby i also found the hotel clean and modern.
i ordered a grilled salmon but it was still raw in the middle i also found that the hotel did not mention there is no parking available in the facility description there was free parking on the street but it was difficult to find a space.

The hotel is near bus and metro stations. staff was very friendly. they provided a crib for our infant. It was very helpful. the restaurant served good food too.
i noticed that the hotel doesn't have parking on the hotel. street parking is available, but it's difficult to find a space.
