airport shuttleunexpected parking feeinsufficient communication
the complimentary airport shuttle service met my needs. it operated regularly, every 30 minutes.
On arrival, i faced an unexpected parking fee after believing i had booked a park-sleep-fly package. unfortunately, the hotel staff only spoke english at the front desk. this created misunderstandings, as i am not fluent enough. the arrangement for parking SHOULD have been clarified during check-in. It wasn't.

The shuttle to the airport was free. It ran every 30 minutes. i appreciated my room upgrade to an apartment. it was quite roomy.
The staff seemed inexperienced, i requested slippers four times. They never arrived.

the complimentary airport shuttle service was very punctual and ran frequently. the skybar offered excellent views and provided a relaxing atmosphere. i appreciated the variety and quality of the breakfast options. the hotel also has a boeing 747-400 plane, which makes for interesting photos.
my room was quite cold, and despite reporting this issue, no one came to check it . this impacted my comfort level a little.

the king room included comfortable bed linens and effective soundproofing, which guaranteed a quiet and restful sleep. the room provided all necessary amenities for a short stay. it ensured a pleasant experience.

the complimentary airport shuttle was a standout. it ran every 30 minutes and it worked perfectly. the breakfast had extensive options and the food was well prepared. the staff was helpful and friendly including the shuttle drivers.
there were no spa services available. massage services were unavailable and there weren't keys in the lockers. i was hoping to sit by the pool and write in my journal! but i could not take anything into the pool area. i had to walk through a shower to access the pool.
