the location is very central. it is close to many restaurants so i had choices. the breakfast was varied and good!
The stairs at the entrance were difficult with luggage. There was no ramp. there wasn't anyone to help with my luggage on arrival or departure, i had to carry it up myself. the front desk didn't send an extra blanket i asked for, and no one answered the phone for hours.

THE hotel has a great location near the city center. The staff were friendly and helpful. I received a complimentary breakfast upgrade SO that was a nice touch.
THE room was very small. I experienced unpleasant odor waves. The bathroom had a VERY bad smell.

this hotel location is really great for tourists. many restaurants exist, and many sight-seeing locations are in walking distance. the staff are friendly and also helpful. there compliment snacks in front of the lobby like sweets, water and apples.
the rooms were small, so only one suitcase can be in it when two people are sharing.

the room was clean. there two opposite entrance doors to the hotel, so you did not need to walk around the hotel to go to the canal street or main street.

the hotel is based in the middle of the centre. anne frank museum, the train station, the bars and the boat trips are walking distance. lobby and reservation team was helpful and kind.

the staff was super nice and helpful. cleaning was very good, and room service was sufficient. the breakfast host was very kind, and service was excellent, and the receptionist was giving us very good service.
