nice selection modern room easy walking small portions overpriced food slow service
the breakfast offered a very nice selection. the room was modern and spacious. the location allowed easy walking to many places.
The food in the grand cafe was not great. the portions were very small and overpriced. the service was slow. It took two hours for a simple meal.

The staff were all so friendly. They were very attentive. I really enjoyed that you could book the spa. It included a sauna and a steam room for use. The restaurants looked awesome, but I did not book in, given my short visit. The hotel is very grand, and I enjoyed my stay
The main entrance had extensive work. This meant access was via the back. I lacked the initial impact for a hotel of this calibre. The layout of the room meant that the toilet was about two feet from one side of the bed. This really isn't practical

charming stay!
complimentary water comfortable slippers good equipment
I found bottles of water each day complimentary. the free slippers are very comfortable! a real plus. the gym had good choice of equipment. It was convenient. the staff was very friendly on check in.
The hotel experience was disappointing overall. I found service falling short both at reception and with housekeeping. it was pretty frustrating! we requested an extra cushion, a mattress topper, or anything to make it bearable but nothing was done.

The hotel is located near the centre. It is easy to walk to shops. the train station is also nearby. It is about ten minutes on foot! this made exploring very convenient and accessible.

The central location proved convenient. I found everything within easy reach. the staff extended a warm welcome, always ready to assist with a friendly demeanor. my room featured excellent facilities. the bed was really comfortable.
the elevators felt somewhat small and occasionally congested, especially during peak hours.

lovely design amazing view excellent location michelin star quality
The breakfast selection impressed me greatly. It was situated at their premier dining hotel. The room provided an amazing view. The location proved excellent, since numerous significant historical sites were nearby. The hotel restaurants demonstrated Michelin Star quality.
The bar had some mice. They were running around. I reported it, but I felt the discount offered was inadequate. I was sleepless, due to fear of rodents.
