the location was convenient to nearby establishments the room was a legato superior king room it featured a king bed the room included a separate sitting area with a sofa i appreciated this feature it made relaxing easy

staff assistance late checkout rooftop bar friendly staff
the staff provided assistance with an extra chair and late checkout. they also helped with medication i needed. the rooftop bar and pool were great including cocktails and food at reasonable prices. the staff were friendly they helped with unwanted attention while i was outside.
the ac vent in the bedroom was not blowing any air and maintenance had to fix the filter.

i had a really good time. the location is near many useful places, such as a club or bar, a 7-eleven, a spa, a mall, and fast food restaurants. the staff is really helpful and always friendly to everyone. i am definitely gonna stay again if i visit the area.

The rooftop pool allows food orders. This provides convenience and allows relaxation by the pool. i found the restaurant manager and staff to be very friendly and accommodating and they provided excellent customer service, always with a smile.

Excellent amenities and service
rooftop pool comfy bed cute staff
The rooftop pool area was a definite highlight. I appreciate the comfy beds and ample desk space, which suited my remote work needs. I especially enjoyed being able to bring my dog to the lobby and rooftop bar. Staff were mostly very cute of him.
The street next to the parking area needs some cleaning.

The function room features adequate lighting, an excellent audio system, steady wifi, and strong air conditioning. There is a rooftop bar that serves good food and a nice pool on the roof terrace (a real plus).

The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. Some staff members were accommodating with my dog, allowing him in the restaurant. The room service was great (and fast!).

complimentary upgrade pet policy inexperienced staff dirty pool
i received a complimentary room upgrade upon arrival perhaps due to the hotel occupancy rate that day i was pleased that the hotel allows pets in the rooms and even on the beds they are also welcome in the breakfast area this was a significant benefit for me. the room included a microwave fridge and complete dining items
checking in was problematic i found the process not orderly and i waited a considerable time most of the staff seemed unsure and inexperienced in handling requests this lack of attentiveness impacted my initial impression of the hotel. housekeeping took a long time the pool was a bit dirty

The hotel includes a rooftop pool. There is also an attached indoor bar that creates a nice social atmosphere. I noticed friendly front desk staff and helpful bell service.
The hotel offered limited breakfast selection. Quality was not great.
