I found the room clean. The large closet offered ample space. the front desk staff helped me with luggage. the hotel's lebanese restaurant is a treasure. The service is top notch. ahmad salameh was attentive. He.
The bed felt uncomfortable. The sheets seemed old. the shower had weak water pressure. it was hard to enjoy. These things should be addressed. also, room preparation took too long

The gym and sauna were clean and fully functional. I did appreciate that.
The bed was not comfortable, and the sheets felt old and needed replacement. the water pressure in the shower was weak. It was difficult to have a good shower. it also took a long time for the staff to prepare my room. This was frustrating.
