the welcome drink upon arrival was very sweet. a cheesecake also awaited us in our room, this came with water, tea, coffee, and panettone. the hotel staff displayed friendliness and manager alex provided invaluable assistance.
the wellness area required reservations in advance at an extra cost of 9 euros per person per hour i found this disappointing.

The reception staff welcomed us warmly (i felt really good!). The hotel features a large, safe parking garage. I found the breakfast very delicious. The reception gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, a really nice gesture.
The central heating system did not allow for individual room temperature adjustments. It was a bit too cold for my liking.

Acceptable, but some issues need addressing
loose legs
The legs on the chairs in the room were loose. The breakfast experience was chaotic with too many people in too little space. Hot food, such as eggs and sausage, was cold. This really detracted from the stay.
