ants and noise issues, a mixed experience

My room was overrun with ants, a really unpleasant surprise. they were everywhere. On the bed, the floor, even the lamps. plus, the city train was loud. it reminded me of it was running right through the room, shaking everything and waking me up all night long. i did not enjoy that.

The room felt smaller than expected. There was also a persistent musty smell, it was not pleasant. I found the noise from the street kept me awake some nights. The staff seemed a bit indifferent at times, not rude, but not overly helpful either.

great experience in central location

the staff was friendly and helpful i found the installations good with every equipment working properly the gate is secured by a lock. the courtyard and garden were beautiful i also appreciated the free tea and coffee available during the day. i liked that towels and soap are included in the price and i thought the environment was calm.
i found a layer of dust accumulated on the cabinets the mattresses was worn and outdated and the room lacked glasses i think cleaning should be improved.

the hotel provided convenient access to the city center it was only a short walk away. a supermarket is located relatively nearby for added convenience. the airport is also close to the hotel.

a good restaurant is easily accessible and offers good value for money. i found breakfast lunch and dinner options to be of good quality. i appreciated the proximity of this dining option.

the room include a king room, and it felt spacious! i loved how simple, clean, and comfortably priced the rooms are. the staff is very friendly and helpful, too!
the soundproofing is lousy as those little windows towards the hall is not great.
