superb stay near lumphini park
good englishfamily atmospherethin walls
the staff helped with travel plans and spoke english well. the hotel is close to lumphini park and the skytrain station is a short walk. we appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere as we saw young families also staying at the hotel.
the thin walls meant that we didn't sleep well. the neighbours were quite loud. one of our triple beautiful rooms was advertised as having a city view but actually had a wall blocking the whole window.

the reception staff displayed excellent english communication skills and provided valuable assistance with various travel arrangements. the team worked efficiently in helping guests and addressing their needs .

the hotel is conveniently located a brief walk from lumphini park and a skytrain station. this offers simple access to transportation and recreational areas. the family-friendly environment makes it great for those travelling with children.

the staff were nice. the location were amazing, it is close to the metro and sky train. there are a few nice restaurants nearby too.
the walls are very thin. my neighbors kept me awake until late. one of our triple beautiful rooms stated it had a city view but it was a wall blocking the whole window.

limited water policyinflexible shuttle
i found the limited bottled water policy frustrating i booked a triple room and requested extra water but was denied despite there being three of us the staff stated the policy allowed only two bottles twice a day on the last day i requested the shuttle service i was told it required only a ten minute notice but the staff insisted on waiting an hour for the next scheduled shuttle this lack of flexibility was quite inconvenient
