Acceptable, But Some Issues Noted
room cleanliness uncomfortable pillows
The check-in process was easy, and the room had all the expected amenities.
The room cleanliness was not satisfactory at all. I had the same issue during my last stay. Reception staff did apologize. The pillows are also quite uncomfortable.

central location gluten-free breakfast helpful staff
The location was central making it easy to reach various points of interest. the gluten-free breakfast options were excellent. It was a relief to have so many choices. the staff were very helpful and assisted me with directions.
the parking fee felt unexpectedly high.
