amy was a wonderful host and nothing was too much trouble for her. the cleanliness was five-star (amazing!). the location was excellent, being just a short walk from many attractions.
the car park was very small and full on arrival. i found it difficult to get in and out of the shower due to my mobility issues (shower ledge was high).

we had a lovely super king-sized bed. the room was very clean and tidy. the bathroom seemed to have a leak coming from the cistern inlet water pipe on the toilet, which i reported.

The breakfast included good variety. It was well cooked. The owner was very helpful and lovely. The hotel location was near the town center and restaurants. I found the staff very friendly. I appreciated the quick service and attention to detail. They did everything to meet my needs. The room was comfortable and very clean.
I noticed the place needs some decorating. It looked a little tired. I hope they consider updating it soon.

the hostess, amy. the breakfast was delicious, freshly cooked, and of great quality. it's close to all the attractions and amenities. i also appreciated the super clean cleanliness of the hotel.
the car park was quite small and full when i arrived, but i found a spot on the street without any trouble.

the hostess, amy, greeted everyone warmly and offered assistance with luggage. she consistently looked after every guest very well. amy's happy face at breakfast really made a difference.

The breakfast included a full english option, and cereals and fruit were also available. you get plenty, even star and heart shaped fried eggs. breakfast could not be faulted. Everything was served fresh and hot!!!
