EXCELLENT stay
comfortable bunksfull-size mugsgreat location
The family room featured a double bed and comfortable bunk beds. Little details were thought through, including a good size fridge, toiletries, and full size mugs. I could log into MY netflix account on the tv. The location was great, near coral island.

The room was super clean, and beds felt comfortable. It included facilities such as an iron with an ironing board, a fan, alarm clock, and a hair dryer. Usual tea and coffee facilities ARE available too.

The key was collected from an external keysafe. There was effective communication about key pick up. The location provides convenient access to winter gardens and the promenade.

I DID NOT book breakfast, however it smelt very amazing each morning. The tasty breakfast was provided quickly, I was told. They do a great job.

The hotel is located in a quiet street, close to the tower. The winter gardens IS very close for travellers. The bus to the zoo stops near the road.

the staff was very friendly. the breakfast was excellent. the room was warm and comfortable. i would definitely return.
the room was very small for us. there was not much space between the bunk bed and the double bed. i found this to be an issue.
