clean room family suite free biscuits
the room was very clean and well prepared. i stayed in a beautiful FAMILY suite and it fit us all perfectly. FREE biscuits were a HUGE hit with my kids.

the hotel offered complimentary cereal in the communal lounge. tea and coffee facilities were available in my room. i saw a wetherspoons restaurant about a 5-10 minute walk AWAY.

the manager was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay. staff at reception were LOVELY. the host welcomed me WARMLY upon arrival, always making themselves available.

the location was central and convenient. the promenade was a short walk from the hotel. shops and the tower WERE about a 10 minute walk. the hotel is in a fab central location.

a fridge was present inside my room. the premises were super clean and well presented. there was parking available on the front side of the hotel. ensuite bathrooms ARE included in the rooms.

easy check-in nice host amazing location great parking
Checking in was so easy! the host was really nice and accommodating! the location is amazing, really close to all the attractions. parking was great. It was right outside the hotel, and the host was considerate and happy to move vehicles.
the bathroom door didn't lock because the bolt wasn't lined up properly.

We were given two bedrooms and a really large bathroom. I was delighted with that. the additional option of a lounge supplied with some essentials was also a great touch. it was a comfy, warm room.

the manager was fab and hospitable! he was polite! he couldn't do enough for us! little added extras, like cereal for children and bottles of water, really made a difference. fresh milk was available whenever we needed it.

the location was great, near to the town centre! i really enjoyed my stay. it is only about a 5-10 minute walk to the tower and north pier. the guest house was clean and tidy!!!
