The location is amazing for football fans. The stadium is a short walk away. the owner was very cute and helpful making our stay so smooth. everything seemed new. i also appreciated the convenient kitchen area, equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay.
The absence of air conditioning made the room quite hot. This affected our sleep quality a bit, however it did not ruin the overall experience.

the location worked out, being close to the stadium.
the bathroom wasn't attached, it sat across the hall, felt a bit like a dorm. they didn't say it was just for me, so i thought it was shared at first. also, no air conditioning meant i nearly melted at night, talk about a restless sleep.

i found free parking fairly quickly. the street was quiet and residential, near the stadium. both the outside and my room were very clean. the room was warm, with a big walk-in shower. i had a great time in the lounge and kitchen.

the owner was friendly and greeted us warmly. he helped us with our bags upon arrival. the bed felt very comfortable and the room was clean.
The bathroom was across the corridor. I would have preferred it inside the room. it wasn't immediately clear it was solely for our use. clarifying this upon arrival would have been helpful.
