beautiful ground relaxing place unclear hours card information
The grounds are beautiful a great place to relax I suppose.
The staff was unhelpful when I asked about the breakfast hours the card said 630 yet the kitchen only opened at 700 the lack of clarity was annoying I needed that early start.

tiny room kitchen smells
The breakfast had many options for me.
The first room shown to me made my heart sink because it was tiny. The room overlooked the kitchen fans and I could smell kitchen smells.

pool access issue terrible design
The room was spacious enough, so that was acceptable.
The restaurant was supposedly open, but it was impossible to get a reservation. I found that odd, since I reserved a room at the hotel. I had to walk outside in the rain to access the pool. There was no direct access from inside the hotel, a terrible design choice. The walk in my bathing suit was not an experience I want to repeat.

The large bedroom featured appealing decoration and cleanliness. I found the bed and linens comfortable. The room provided all necessary amenities. The hotel's location and garden enhanced the overall experience.
i did notice the steam room was temporarily out of service .

A decent stay overall
beautiful ground relaxing atmosphere hair conditioner terrible hairdryer
The hotel grounds are beautiful and provided a relaxing atmosphere. Breakfast had many options available and the food was of good quality.
I found that the hotel room lacked a hair conditioner. The hairdryer in the room was also of terrible quality.
