some issues need addressing
heating system tea-making facilities
The staff were friendly. I had no issues there.
The room was disappointing. The heating was blasting all day. It was then off all night. This made for an uncomfortable night. The tea-making facilities lacked milk or sugar..

continental options cooking oil smell
the breakfast was rather limited , only continental options were available. i expected more variety considering the price i paid for the room. also , there was a noticeable smell of cooking oil in the hallways , which wasn't very pleasant and lingered on my clothes.

mixed experience at the inn
hard bed hard pillows
The bed was honestly terrible. it felt tiny and hard. pillows offered no comfort at all. They were hard too. i had to stuff tissues in the door to stop it from rattling anytime someone moved. not great.
