original choices delicious breakfast attentive staff
The dinner had original choices. The cooked breakfast tasted delicious. The staff welcomed me warmly and were attentive. I liked that the tea station was outside the room it was a good idea.
The room was warm and located near the kitchen. It smelled slightly of stale cooking perhaps from the noisy extractor fan.

The menu was limited, but this is a great thing as the food was very good. The bar had a really good atmosphere. The service throughout our stay was prompt and efficient.

ok overall stay

great decor friendly vibe great explanation warm room stale cooking noisy extractor
i HAD a really great welcome. I was shown my room and given an explanation of the facilities. The hosts gave advice regarding local restaurants, which i appreciated. a REALLY friendly vibe was present throughout my stay.
being grade 1 listed, this comes with CHALLENGES. my room was very warm. it was near the kitchen, and that gave off a stale cooking smell. The fan DID stop at around 9.20pm.
