tracey greeted me with a smile. she escorted me to my room. the room was clean and tidy, and also spacious. fresh linen was on a very comfortable bed.

the rooms were described as beautiful but felt small. the hotel is on a main busy road and it was noisy. i could not open the window because of the noise and the room became hot.

i found the room to be super clean and comfortable. i also appreciated the coffee nook (especially the fresh milk!). the staff was friendly, and the free bottles of water were a nice touch.

i noticed there was no hairdryer available in the room, and there wasn't a socket close to the mirror. it was a bit inconvenient.

i really liked the freshly cooked breakfast to order. it was AMAZING!!! the hotel is just a 5 mins walk into the main high street.

the tv was ridiculously small, i may as well not have bothered with it as i couldn't see it from the bed. i also had to clean the coffee cup ring off the bedside table.

The staff members were friendly. The room was very clean, and it was nice to have tea and coffee available. There were also complimentary bottles of water available to all.

The TV was very small. There was no bedside table on one side of the bed. I missed having in-room tea and coffee facilities, though there was a communal coffee station available in the corridor (it was a bit of a walk though).
