The room on the 16th floor had great views. it featured the tv tower and mountains. the room was spacious and bright. the bathroom had nice features. I found the bed to be very good. access to the lounge included snacks and drinks, a special benefit.
Breakfast was expensive, yet the buffet was average. That was disappointing.

Customer service was great. They were really nice when other accommodations were unhelpful. the staff booked breakfast only for one day, not for my entire stay. the front desk responded in writing regarding my concerns.

Breakfast had hokkaido local ingredients, a feature i admired. This made for high-quality cuisine. the lounge access included excellent canapés and a lovely beverage selection. the breakfast buffet offered japanese and western options.

The onsen on the 18th floor was fantastic. i loved the views, it was amazing!!! the location was also convenient. Restaurants were nearby. it was a real treat to have a family mart so close.

The hotel is close to the train station. This was convenient.
The room I got was smaller than I expected, especially considering the price. I found the lack of a proper desk inconvenient. I also didn't like that the corridor had a strong smoking odor even though I booked a nonsmoking room.
