This hotel provided the perfect experience of the lake's fine nature. The room was super clean, the food was exquisite, and the breakfasts were delicious. The dishes at the restaurant provided a real culinary delight (i loved all the fresh pasta!).
The TV channels did not have english content.

The staff were very fast and attentive during all hours. The reception, bar and restaurant staff were very helpful. The cleaning lady was attentive to all requests and cleaning needs.

The location has easy access to Bellagio, offering the most beautiful setting on the lake. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel for dinner. A little beach provides guests with swimming access to the lake.

the location was right on the shore (i loved it). i could see the lake from my balcony in the quadruple room. breakfast had many fresh options. the staff were helpful and friendly.
the room was a bit small, but manageable for a short stay.

The staff was friendly.
The room size was small. The bathroom was also too small! I also had trouble with the shower. Water leaked onto the floor and it stayed wet since it didn't dry quickly.
