the location was definitely alright (especially for catching a broadway show).
i found it annoying that there was no mini fridge in the room. i expected this amenity from a hotel, so i needed to keep my drinks cold using the ice machine. it was inconvenient.

The check-in process was efficient. I have stayed at this hotel before. The location is fabulous and central. The beds felt very comfortable , and I appreciate the spacious room.
I noticed the rooms could benefit from a more contemporary aesthetic. The design feels somewhat outdated.

The location was close to broadway shows. it was convenient to walk everywhere i wanted to go. I didn't need taxis or ride-sharing. the room had a coffee machine with complimentary coffee. water was also freely available. but the room's size was larger than i had anticipated.
the service at the takeaway shop within the building was slow. getting breakfast outside was faster.

charmed by location and amenities

the hotel is in a very central area! it made getting to shows easy. the fitness center has several machines. i noticed three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i really appreciated the fast elevators, no waiting.
the rooms could use a bit of an update! though everything was clean.

The staff was very helpful at check-in, the process was smooth. i needed some extra towels and they arrived promptly. The staff delivered them within minutes of my request. the concierge offered useful advice on local attractions, too.

the location proved excellent. i found many attractions within walking distance. accessing transportation was easy for destinations further away.
