the staff was very kindly and helpful. they gave us an upgrade to a higher floor. the breakfast was decent and had a lot of choices. they have shuttle bus services, i am grateful for that.

i find that location is not good for general tourist. it has difficulties going to tourist spots. complimentary bus transport ends early, at 1800hrs. there was no help from concierge on how to move around locally, they just gave a map. we had to purchase bus routes ourselves.
