i found the staff at reception to be quite impolite. the bathroom door in my room wasn't working perfectly. the towels and mat looked very worn.

i stayed in a premium room. it felt very new and clean to me. the location is near downtown, the waterfront, and capitol hill which was convenient. the room was a good size and i appreciated having a good shower.

Parking overnight had a high fee. I think a discount should apply when you book a room.

The staff member at check-in wasn't very cute! and the breakfast service was pretty bad too. i waited about 20 minutes to get a table each morning. also, the staff seemed slow at cleaning the tables after people left. It was frustrating.
