slow check-incold eggs
Check-in was a mess. the receptionist, amara, insisted on a different credit card even though i booked online with a perfectly valid one (it was infuriating). it took ages just to get checked in. breakfast food was nothing special. The eggs were cold as ice, a total letdown.
