nice stay near universal
convenient locationefficient staffappealing decortowel quality
this was my first time here and i enjoyed it. i was attending a hair show, made the location convenient. the front desk staff were very kind and efficient during check-in. the comfortable beds and appealing decor throughout the hotel made it especially good.
the towels did leave white bits on my skin after i used them. this was a minor inconvenience, but the hotel should look into better quality towels. this would significantly improve the overall experience.

the pool area featured ample seating with many loungers available , a plus. a well-equipped gym provided various cardio and strength training options, nice for comprehensive workouts. a game room offered entertainment with options for various ages.

Breakfast included both hot and cold options. This allowed guests to customize their meals. the on-site starbucks offered coffee drinks and pastries. the hotel restaurant provided lunch and dinner, and it included a variety of cuisines.

The king room included a workspace with a large desk and an ergonomic chair. a rainfall shower enhanced the bathroom experience, and it came with quality toiletries. blackout curtains ensured a dark room for restful sleep.
