the location provides quick access to disney, discovery cove, seaworld, and aquatica. walmart and souvenir shops are very close. the staff was very kind. i found the wifi service easy to use. the value for my stay was good, especially considering the length.
i found that the two main front desks caused some initial confusion.

The location was quite convenient. Shuttle buses to the parks made getting around easy. I also found all the staff members to be helpful. They answered my questions and provided assistance when needed.
The heater was not adjustable. The toilet was also broken upon arrival. The noise from the basketball court and grounds crew was disruptive. I found it hard to sleep well.

I appreciated the well kept grounds with the four pools and hot tubs. Many on-site activities were available (mini golf was fun!). The location was convenient with walking distance to restaurants and stores. I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed that the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which affected my sleep. This could be improved with better soundproofing or newer units. It would be nice to have a quieter room for a better rest.
