numerous pools free access close parking loud air conditioning strong smell cannabis smell
the pools were numerous and close i could find one away from big groups of kids if i wanted a quieter swim. i also liked the free access to recreational activities like tennis and shuffleboard all equipment included. parking was conveniently close to the building entrance and trash disposal was right outside my door which was handy
the air conditioning unit was very loud i couldn't adjust it. it kept me awake at night so i had to turn it off. the smell of cannabis was noticeable throughout the resort it was quite strong at times

mixed feelings due to maintenance issues
weak shower pressure inadequate soundproofing
The room i was assigned initially had a noticeable musty smell. the bathroom showed its age with cracked tiles, and the shower pressure was weak. the lack of adequate soundproofing was also a problem, as i could hear conversations and noise from neighboring rooms, this impacted my ability to relax and sleep comfortably. The maintenance department needs to address these issues promptly.

Solid stay for families
spacious room dryer amenity maintained hotel
The room was spacious and included many amenities. A washer and dryer in the unit was very convenient. The hotel seemed well maintained (I especially liked the landscaping). We found the location great. It was a short drive to Disney Springs and walking distance to shops.
The floor was a bit sandy. It would be nice to have a mat by the front door to wipe your feet. Walking around barefoot wasn't ideal (but socks solved the problem).
Rooms
9/10
The room was large and cozy at the same time. It had two separate bedrooms and a full kitchen. The beds were comfortable, and we had sufficient space for luggage. The air conditioning worked well.
Service
9/10
The staff accommodated my request for a first-floor unit. The housekeeping team kept the rooms clean . All of the staff were professional and kind. I found them responsive to my needs.
Facilities
8/10
The pools were nice and well kept (I used them daily). The resort has a mini golf course. I noticed many activities are available for children. Plenty of car parking was available .

A Solid Stay
convenient location shuttle buses helpful staff unadjustable heater broken toilet noisy grounds crew
The location was quite convenient. Shuttle buses to the parks made getting around easy. I also found all the staff members to be helpful. They answered my questions and provided assistance when needed.
The heater was not adjustable. The toilet was also broken upon arrival. The noise from the basketball court and grounds crew was disruptive. I found it hard to sleep well.

Great Stay with Excellent Amenities
well-kept grounds on-site activities convenient location
I appreciated the well-kept grounds with the four pools and hot tubs. Many on-site activities were available (mini golf was fun!). The location was convenient with walking distance to restaurants and stores. I found the staff friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
I noticed that the air conditioning unit was quite loud, which affected my sleep. This could be improved with better soundproofing or newer units. It would be nice to have a quieter room for a better rest.
