The hotel is close to universal studios. It is easy to get to area attractions. A trolley stop is located just outside the entrance to the car park, and using it, with ride-sharing apps, made getting around quite simple.

The pool area includes a sizable pool and a pool bar. I noticed that the pool is open until 11 pm. This is a very nice feature after a long day. There is also a hot tub next to the pool, well-kept.

a lovely stay

i found the layout of the living room to be very spacious. i received an upgrade to my room upon arrival, which started my trip in a great way. there is a beautiful pool, a hot tub, and a tiki bar (the cocktails were delicious!). the inclusion of a full walk-in kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a balcony that overlooked the pool really enhanced my experience.
the fragrance in the hotel was a little overpowering for my taste.

The hotel was just a short drive to the parks. That was really convenient. I was pleased there was a washer and a dryer in the Beautiful One-Bedroom Suite Spa Bath.
The wall phone in the kitchen wasn't connected. The televisions in both the bedroom and living room didn't work well. The sound was crackly!
