helpful staff electronic key system fresh orange juice dated room marked wall leaky shower
the staff, they were always smiling and helped me with directions. my room had a cool electronic key system, you just use your phone! breakfast had freshly squeezed orange juice, that's always a nice touch i think.
my room looked kinda old and worn. there were marks on the walls, not cool. the shower door didn't stop water from leaking, i needed towels to soak up the floor.

insufficient lighting slow breakfast
i noticed the room lighting was insufficient. it created a dim atmosphere i didnt find inviting. breakfast service also proved quite slow on my first morning, a disruption to my schedule. i prefer prompt service, it was better the next day however.

spacious room helpful staff good location dated room carpet stains plumbing issue
The room was spacious and well designed. The staff was friendly and helpful. I found the location good with walking distance to sights and restaurants.
The room looked dated and the walls had many marks. There were also lots of large dark stains on the carpet. I noticed a strange smell that would come and go in the room maybe a plumbing issue.

The location was acceptable. It's pretty central to everything.
The air conditioning barely worked, so the room was stuffy and uncomfortable. the minibar wasn't refilled at all , even though it was supposed to be complimentary. i also found the breakfast service slow one morning. I waited almost 40 minutes for a simple omelet!

the location is central. the hotel uses electronic room keys. i found the complimentary welcome drink a nice touch. the staff handled parking quickly.
i noticed some slight wear on the headboard.
