Authentic Japanese Experience

hot springjapanese stylefriendly staffsalty food
The hotel location is easy for finding Hell Valley. Many hot spring options were available inside the hotel. The traditional Japanese style room was spacious. The service provided was excellent, even with staff limited English.
I paid for a kaiseiki dinner. The food was poorly presented and too salty. The server did not cook our rice and shabu until I asked. The dining experience was ruined by loud guests.
Rooms
9/10
The Beautiful Japanese-Style Room included tatami mats and futons. A public toilet was available on each floor, and I found it convenient with four adults sharing the room.
Facilities
10/10
The onsen provides HA and collagen gel for the face. leave in conditioner for the hair. There were over ten types of onsen from waterfall to outdoor options. The swimming pool includes a water slide, a big hit for kids.

The breakfast was until 9:00. they started removing the food at 8:30! This felt too early. The gym lacked big and small towels for cleaning equipment. It also needed a water tank with cups for hydration.
