Generally positive experience

The check-in process was simple. The owners responded quickly to questions via WhatsApp. The bed and linens were comfortable. An AC and Heat unit worked well.
I misunderstood the pet policy. The manager called and told me the hotel was not pet-friendly! She had removed my dogs from the room.

the studio garden view was very nicely furnished. the bed was really comfortable and i appreciated the mini kitchen with tea coffee and biscuits. the bathroom included a lovely bath and a walk-in shower.
i found the kitchenette a bit underequipped for my needs. it only had two forks knives and plates. also, the absence of a dedicated workspace in the room was noticeable.

Peaceful Retreat Close to Town

Check-in was easy. The owners responded quickly to questions via WhatsApp. The bed and linens were comfortable (I slept so well!) and the air conditioning worked well, a great feature on warmer days. We had space to keep our carry-ons open and still out of the way. A large cabinet stored clothes, too.
I noticed the room lacked a microwave, so I was unable to heat up leftovers from dinner.

The hotel is an eight-minute walk to the town center. This provides quiet and no noise around. The hotel is next to a park, made the walk to and from town pleasant, especially at night.

The room featured air conditioning, proving effective during both warm and cool days. There was a large cabinet available for storing clothes. WhatsApp communication with the owners ensured all queries were addressed promptly.

Mixed Experience Due to Pet Policy Misunderstanding

The self check-in was useful because I had an early departure for a flight.
I had a frustrating issue concerning the pet policy. I was under the impression my small dogs were allowed based on previous inquiries, but the manager communicated that the accommodation is not pet-friendly. This situation caused considerable distress and negatively affected my stay.
