the location was very convenient and close to the tram stop this made getting around the city easy the staff at the front desk were helpful with directions the family mart downstairs was handy for snacks and drinks onsite parking was available which was very convenient. the room had a mini sofa for relaxation it also had a proper desk
the breakfast offered only three choices and required deciding immediately this might not suit all guests' preferences

the reception desk provided helpful assistance with directions and information making navigation easier the staff's friendliness contributed to a cute atmosphere ensuring guests felt supported throughout their stay there was very helpful staff.

the room had a spacious layout with a wide walkway accommodating both a 28-inch and 24-inch suitcase the room included a desk and a small sofa providing extra convenience the bathroom size was great.

the location was really convenient, close to many attractions. eateries were also easy to find around the area. breakfast was good. there was a tram stop RIGHT outside.
The room was QUITE small. i booked for four people. we only got two pillows. the hotel had only four washing machines. It took a long time to use them.

The hotel was close to the Peace Park and the A-Dome. A tram stop was right outside. The staff was friendly, and I could leave my luggage for the day.
The room had insufficient space for luggage. There was a kettle but no coffee. The bed was not large enough for two people, though it was meant to be double.
