The hotel had a wonderful happy hour on the 14th floor. I took a seat on the balcony to enjoy the views. The room was super clean and cozy, everything felt modern and new. I enjoyed ochazuke at bedtime EVERY night. Everything tasted fresh and delicious!!!
I found limited options for people with food allergies and intolerances. Specifically, for breakfast, there were no non-lactose options. The breakfast was cold one day. I think the warmers were insufficient. I also thought the rooms would be slightly bigger.

The hotel offered free wine, cocktails, coffee, smoothies, juice, and refreshments throughout the day. What a treat! I really enjoyed the happy hour in the lounge and the views from the terrace. Staff stored my luggage beyond check-out time. This was very convenient.
I found the room a bit small. I expected more space.

It is near shopping areas and diverse restaurants. You will find so many options. The location is close to train and bus stations. Getting around is easy. Electric trams stop right out front. That is very convenient!

The rooms are spacious, at least for Japanese standards. It is a plus. My room had a lot of free gadgets and cosmetics. Those were very useful. I found my room clean. I appreciated that.
