This place is AMAZING. Every staff member was super attentive, especially in the dining area. The location IS excellent, close to the ferry terminal with the complimentary shuttle service. The onsen experience was awesome. I felt renewed afterwards.
The Wi-Fi signal was occasionally a bit weak.

Our superior room had a tatami area and offered ample space for relaxation after sightseeing (I loved the traditional touch!). The climate control system kept the room temperature perfect. The room included yukata robes for wearing to the onsen.

The hotel features a shop downstairs selling local goods and souvenirs. The public onsen offers both indoor and outdoor bathing options, separated by gender, and is open until late. I appreciated the signage illustrating sunrise, sunset, weather and temperatures.

The kaiseki seafood dinner was a culinary highlight, showcasing multiple courses of unique dishes (each course seemed like a work of art!). The staff provided an English translation of each dish, enriching the dining experience. Breakfast offered a choice between Japanese and Western options.

The hotel is near Itsukushima Shrine and many shops. The shuttle service is available from the Miyajima ferry terminal to the hotel. This made getting around easy. I didn't have to worry about transport.

Staff members were all polite and helpful, exceeding expectations in terms of service quality. The hotel held our luggage after checkout, enabling continued exploration of the island. Concierge services included personalized attention and care .

The room had a lovely mountain view. i enjoyed the tatami area. It felt very traditional. the hotel offered a shuttle to the ferry port, a simple but useful service.
the internal phone in the room wasn't answered after 9 pm. i had to go downstairs to ask for information.

The meals were AMAZING!!! The staff was so attentive and cute. Kimika-san, our dedicated staff member, was super nice and helpful and she. The hotel location was fantastic. It was very close to the shrine and Tori gate.
The TV was a bit small.

Dinner and breakfast were set wonderfully and tasted great. The sashimi platter on the first night was a highlight! They served a Western breakfast in a bento box, very fine and enjoyable.
