some issues detracted from the stay
cold roommissing towels
The room was very cold. It seemed designed only for summer. the heater barely worked! it took hours to feel any warmth. also, i was constantly told there were no clean towels available, unacceptable for a supposedly 4-star hotel.

The hotel room was a Beautiful Double Room. The room had many storage spaces and this was very useful for our things. I ordered food from the restaurant at the hotel and it was delicious with a big portion.
The pool had working hours beginning at 11:00 in the morning.
