stained carpetbathroom smell
The cleaning products left a strong, unpleasant smell. also, the carpet had several noticeable stains. That bothered me. i detected a bad smell in the bathroom, possibly stagnant water in the shower drain. breakfast options decreased over the three days i was there. It was disappointing.

I received a complimentary bottle of local sparkling wine. This was a nice touch. the breakfast had a large selection and was constantly replenished. the location was very convenient for exploring the city center, it was only a short walk. the staff were friendly and spoke spanish to my parents, that helped a lot.

the executive room I got was huge. i found a super friendly staff, always keen to help. breakfast had a good choice of meals. the internet connection worked very well.
the bed wasn't very comfortable and this was not great. the sound-proofing was poor and i could hear street noises. the hotel seemed overpriced for what it was.
