the staff were really friendly. they provided helpful information. breakfast included eggs. the room had nice decor.
the hotel is on the first floor. there is no big reception. the lift only goes to the fourth floor. i had to use stairs to reach the fifth floor.

the location worked great for me and being near timeout market was a major advantage. staff was quite helpful when i asked for directions. breakfast was good with a decent selection. the room was clean and well kept .
the street noise at night were a bit loud, specially from the bars nearby, even with the windows closed.

the hotel had an elevator available to access the floors, though it don't reached all floors. i noticed the decor throughout the hotel were excellent with many small details. a reception area were on the first floor.

my beautiful double room included air conditioning that worked well but get noisy sometimes. there were daily room cleanings with fresh towels. the bed feel very comfortable. a good view from the window was available.

the breakfast included scrambled eggs and cheese every morning. i see a range of continental style options to choose. they offered fresh fruits, but there werent many vegetables. coffee were also available during breakfast.

the reception staff was pleasant and provided useful restaurant recommendations. chamber staff was also friendly and efficient. they seemed responsive to guest requests. i find the service very good overall.

the breakfast was of a high quality! i particularly enjoyed the fresh coffee. the location was also superb, very close to many key attractions though not noisy at all.
