the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, really! the turndown service is detailed and comes just at the right time. i loved the common areas they are very charming and well-appointed. the spa area has a huge pool and very clean facilities, its just great!

my room felt too rectangular, really awkward! the decoration was too dark and my window was small. also, the music from the bar was pretty loud, i could hear it in my room.
