we booked a classic three-bedroom apartment and it reminded me of stepping into a dream. watching the eiffel tower sparkle each night from our balcony was a definite highlight! the staff was so friendly and helpful.
The apartment is not very sound proof. Noises from other guests were quite audible, especially since the office hours were limited.

the staff provided immediate help with metro passes upon arrival. they also offered recommendations for local spots and helped with taxi bookings. i loved this personal touch.

The location was excellent, being close to the Eiffel Tower.
The apartment itself had some issues. The floors creaked loudly. I constantly heard the neighbors above me. The second bathroom was also very small, and the coffee maker looked old.
