The location is quite handy. It sits near two metro stations, and many cafes are nearby. The famous Moulin Rouge is only five minutes away. The staff was helpful and cute, which I appreciated.
The room wasn't great. I found an awful smell in the kitchen. When I opened the cupboard, rotten food that smelled vile was inside. I also noticed multiple lights not working in the room, inconvenient, but it was ok.

the location it was great.
my apartment was not so good. when i arrived, i found a colony of flies in one corner of the room and i had to deal with it by myself. also, the toilet was separate from the bathroom and it didn't include a sink.

the location is excellent, just a short walk from two metro lines (this made getting around very easy). i found a nice little terrace on the roof that offered great views.
the lack of air conditioning was slightly bothersome (especially during warmer days).
