the location is great it is close to the beach we enjoyed a walk before breakfast the town centre is also near this older house room was large and bright i found a bath in the en suite. linda was friendly and helpful to us. breakfast kept us going most of the day we also found excellent restaurants nearby for evening meals. free parking was available and the beach walk was only two minutes away
tea and coffee were not replenished daily

the location worked good. the provided parking permit was nice to have. it was a short walk to the town centre. the owner was really lovely and friendly.
tea and coffee werent filled everyday. there was no blind in window the first night. i see the owner's back yard, there where dog poos. the exterior looks very tired and inside needs painting.

I found the parking outside very convenient. linda was cute. I appreciated her friendliness. the room was perfect. It was clean and cosy. it included coffee, tea, milk, toiletries, and even homemade treats.
Tea and coffee supplies weren't replenished daily. This was a very small inconvenience.
