the room was very clean with chairs. i could relax and watch tv. the staff was helpful, providing directions and advice. i requested extra tea and coffee supplies, and they delivered. the location allowed easy walks everywhere.
the card machines weren't working, so late checkout wasn't possible.

The location was a major plus. It allowed easy access to many attractions. The room included a big television, something I found very useful for downtime.
There was only one towel provided. I had to request additional ones, and the shower gel was missing initially.

The location is very convenient. The train station is very close. The reception staff was respectful and helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
There was no air conditioning . This made the room uncomfortably warm. I found that some advertised amenities were missing. I also found that some channels did not work on the television.
