a canal dream

amazing reception teamspecial treat baginterconnected roomslimited choice
the reception team greeted me, they were amazing. my children received special treat bags. we were given interconnected rooms which helped so much with a family. staff was pleasant also.
the breakfast had a limited choice, and i looked forward to eggs benedict but the menu didn't have anything. it was a small let down to me. i really hoped for this dish.

the hotel restaurant provides lovely food, friday's chicken in garlic sauce was really nice. the restaurant was nicely set out and it has plenty of room for people to sit comfortably without being back to back in their seats.

this location makes a trip to cheshire oaks outlet centre easy, it is just ten minutes drive. the hotel provides nice views over canals. sunset is really lovely because the restaurant overlooks the canal.

i found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. i was greeted with free drinks at arrival because i am a member. the breakfast buffet had good cooked options, including egg and bacon. the room was quiet and comfortable so i had a good night's sleep.
the room's temperature was not easy to set.
