Excellent Stay
friendly staffclean roomcomfortable bed
I found parking easily on Seabank Road, right next to the hotel. The reception staff was very friendly upon arrival. My Standard Single Room included tea, coffee, a hairdryer, an iron, and a fan. The room was very clean, and the window opened wide, providing fresh air. The bed was very comfortable.

The location is excellent, only a five-minute walk to the seafront. Lord Street offers numerous shops, bars, and restaurants for various tastes. Access to amenities is convenient and pleasant.

staff were friendly and helpful. the room was modern. breakfast was good and had a large drinks choice at the bar. parking in thier own carpark was £5 per night, fine.
the room was warm. even with the window open and fan on, the room still reached 25 degrees. the water pressure was poor with the tap and shower. the bed felt small.

The room had lovely decor and it was very art deco. the staff was amazing. They were attentive and friendly. the location felt central to various destinations and the center of town.
The bathroom cleanliness was lacking. The shower was poor.

the location was great and provided easy access to nearby restaurants (auberge was particularly good). bus stops were also close.
The carvery was disappointing. The meats seemed dry, as if they had been sitting under heat lamps all day. the roast potatoes were also hard and dry. cauliflower cheese was not available.
