The included breakfast was adequate and filled me up.
The room was quite small. I also found the bathroom setup odd. I expected better for what I paid. It was cramped.

Fred was a superb host. His poached eggs were really good. the location was great! on site parking was available, though the road to it was very narrow. breakfast choices were really good and served early, it helped me a lot.
I had twin beds. it put me in a single. it was not that comfortable. The mattress springs were poking! the room was very small and cramped! i expected more for my money.
