great locationhelpful staffclean roomgood standard
the location served as a solid base for my weekend exploring. shops and restaurants are easily accessible from the hotel. i found the staff helpful and the room was clean. the room also maintained a good standard throughout my visit.
i found one small issue as the room lacked a fan and i would have liked to shut the window

the room included a microwave and a fridge which proved very useful. there was also a kettle and a selection of tea and coffee. the bed was very comfortable and provided a good night's sleep.

a welcome basket was provided in the room with snacks and drinks. instant porridge was also available as the hotel does not serve breakfast. this thoughtful touch was appreciated after a long journey.

the self check in process was very simple and efficient. parking facilities were located right outside offering easy access. i also appreciated the option of a late check out for extra convenience.
