amazing stay!

I loved the location. it was close to kelvingrove park! the cooked breakfast was delicious. It was cooked to order, so it came out perfect. the staff (manager) was super helpful on my arrival. i didn't feel well, but he was good.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected. it made it a little difficult to move around the bed. the sound proofing wasn't the best. i could hear other guests sometimes.

the staff were very accommodating. they responded quickly to my questions. the gentlemen at the front desk helped me find shops and destinations around the area, which i appreciated.

Cooked breakfast was amazing. It was cooked to order. the sausages looked to be microwaved, but overall it was good. it was really reasonably priced for what i got.

The hotel is centrally located, so it's convenient to reach many amenities. the location is great for walkers. It is near the park. it was an easy and safe walk to the city center.

i found the location very convenient for exploring the city, with easy access to local attractions. the staff members were friendly and always ready to assist with directions. the breakfast offered a good selection to start the day, with hot and cold options available.
the shower temperature was a bit inconsistent.

the room size was great, i had a double room. lots of tea and coffee were available, there was also hot chocolate. ample storage existed and nice touches included hair straighteners.
The mattress was rock hard. This made sleeping uncomfortable. i ached all over most mornings because of it. breakfast tasted microwaved and of low quality.
