I enjoyed the hotel's location on the island very much, though it was a short distance from metro stations! the provided breakfast offered a nice choice of items. daily cleaning kept the room in good order. The cleaning staff were friendly.
the room had a noticeable smell. cigarette smoke and humidity were present in the corridor, unfortunately. the front desk service at night was disappointing.

The staff were helpful. The location offers a good walk alongside the river.
Our room was quite cold and lacked blankets. This made it difficult to fall asleep. The cleaning service was also inconsistent, and we did not get full service for four nights, only towel changes. I found this disappointing.

The location was good. A bus stop provided direct access to the eiffel tower. our room was cleaned every day, and they changed the towels (which i found very convenient).
i had a noticeable smell of mold in my room. the night front desk service was disappointing as well (i hope they improve it).
