A balanced experience.

The staff helped me quickly. The location allowed easy access to many places. The air conditioner worked perfectly. It kept the room temperature stable .
My room faced the rear courtyard. This caused noise issues at times. The shower felt very small. This made it harder to get my bags to my room.

the staff was friendly. they helped when i needed directions. my room had many mirrors. it was very helpful for getting ready.
the stairs to the first floor was not lit well. the stairs were black. this could be hard for people with poor vision. there was no heat alarm in the room. a fire exit was not present either.

charming stay near massena square!

I found the hotel to be ideally located. It was central! the proximity to tourist attractions and public transport made getting around really easy. i also checked in earlier because the staff were amazingly accomodating.
The stairs to the first floor seemed a bit dark. the black paint added to the issue. I wish there were better lighting .

The hotel is very close to cours saleya and the beach! massena square is just opposite the entrance. It makes exploring very convenient. public transport options are nearby too!

The hotel offers luggage storage. This helped me a lot before check-in and after check-out. the staff were discreet and kind. I was able to leave my bags safely. it added to my overall ease and convenience.

The rooms featured new furniture. I thought this made the space look fresh. i liked the high ceiling! big windows provided a sense of space and light.
