The room included a personal, handwritten welcome message upon arrival. The hotel demonstrates a real commitment to sustainability. The location provided easy access to the airport via the direct tram line and to shops and restaurants within walking distance.
The breakfast area became crowded at times, and maneuvering between tables was somewhat difficult.

I loved the helpful reception staff. They were friendly. the room was nicely decorated. it was great to have a fridge and kettle. i will definitely stay there again. the hotel is near the central area, but the street is quiet, which i really appreciated.
the room could have been cleaner, and it was cleaned late at 6 p.m. as i returned from a long day of sightseeing. the bed wasn't the most comfortable either.

I found the location very convenient. It's near the tram, central areas, and the beaches. the hotel is also only about a 5-minute walk from the beach and very close to tram stations. there are many restaurants and supermarkets around, so you never go hungry.

The staff was genuinely pleased to welcome us. They provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants. I appreciated the availability of filtered water at reception. The water access was especially refreshing in the hot weather.

I found the location quite convenient, just a short walk from the tram to the airport. The promenade was also close. the staff were friendly and helpful, especially when i needed directions. i thought the room was quiet. I appreciated the comfortable pillows.

The staff was lovely. They helped me find a doctor who spoke english. the staff were always available to help when i had questions. they were really amicable, from the front desk to the cleaning staff!
